County Windows Provide Reassurance on COVID-19

Following the government announcement on Saturday, October 31, County Windows are remaining open and continuing to carry out installations as part of the construction industry. Our suppliers will continue to trade as normal, allowing County Windows to receive orders.

We are taking several measures to keep our customers safe during this time. Installations will be carried out socially distanced and our installers will always wear masks. On arrival, we will be using hand sanitiser and our own antibacterial spray to clean any spaces we touch.

Although we appreciate a good cup of tea and sandwich, our team will be bringing their own when carrying out installations on-site.

We hope that this message provides clarity and peace of mind to our customers. We hope you continue to stay safe.

In view of the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) we would like to assure you that the health and safety of our customers and our team remains our absolute priority.

During this difficult time, we have decided to follow government advice and we have temporarily closed both of our Winchester and West Parley showrooms and offices until further notice. Our phones have been diverted and from Monday to Friday a member of staff will be on hand to answer calls and emails.
